Full Refunds (within 90 days) 

Products returned within 90 days of purchase qualify for a full refund (minus original shipping) if:


  • They are in original packaging and wrapping.
  • All installation hardware is included.
  • The product is undamaged and properly packed for return.


If these conditions aren’t met, Brown Dog will assess the product’s condition and determine a partial refund based on factors such as installation damage or wear.


Shipping charges are non‑refundable under normal circumstances.

  • Inspect or replace the transmission mount when changing motor mounts. Because inspection requires dropping the cross member and removing transmission mount nuts, many customers choose to replace the transmission mount during motor mount installation.
