Lifetime Warranty Coverage

We stand behind our work. If a Brown Dog product is correctly installed and any yellow‑painted or factory‑welded yellow section fails, we’ll replace it — free of charge.

Here’s how it works:



  • Send us photos showing the damage and proof of proper installation on the correct Jeep model, year, and engine.
  • Once verified, we’ll ship replacements at no cost. No hidden fees, no evaluation charges — free means free.
  • If we request the failed part back, we’ll even cover the return shipping after you’ve installed the new one.

Note: Bushings (Ultra‑Flex Rubber or Classic Polyurethane) are considered consumables and aren’t covered. Any modification without our approval voids the warranty.

Both Ultra‑Flex Rubber and Classic Polyurethane mounts are engineered to reduce vibration transfer. To maximize performance, it is essential to follow installation guidelines carefully. Proper installation ensures that the mounts deliver the intended balance of comfort and control.

Key Installation Recommendations

  • Avoid over‑tightening through‑bolts. Even slight over‑torqueing can negate the vibration‑reduction features built into Brown Dog mounts.
  • Inspect or replace the transmission mount when changing motor mounts. Because inspection requires dropping the cross member and removing transmission mount nuts, many customers choose to replace the transmission mount during motor mount installation.
  • Seek expert support when in doubt. If you encounter uncertainty during installation, Brown Dog Offroad provides technical assistance by phone, available 24/7.
